Ecommerce / Hulk Marketing
Your store needs more than another campaign.
A better online shop connects the product, the buying experience and the way people find it. Hulk brings website, search and creative work around your retail brief, starting with the part of the journey that needs attention first.

Find the reason a customer stops
Someone might discover a range through search, compare products on a phone and return after seeing a campaign. If sizes, materials, delivery information or product differences remain unclear, buying more attention will not answer those questions. We review the store as a customer would, alongside the information your team uses to run it.
The first conversation covers your catalogue, margins, seasonal priorities and fulfilment constraints. We establish which numbers can be trusted: visits, product engagement, checkouts and purchases. This helps separate a discovery problem from a store experience problem, and a marketing problem from an operational one.
Retail work with different starting points
Ideal Furniture World needed a storefront capable of presenting its furniture range. Hulk’s recorded work includes a Shopify build, payments, product imagery and search activity around that catalogue. The project screenshot on this page shows the store presentation, rather than an analytics result.
Saloos is a different retail brief: website, search and reputation work for an established fashion business. These examples support a discussion about catalogue presentation and customer confidence. Neither is used here as evidence of a paid campaign return or an agency-attributed change in sales.
Choose the work that removes the bottleneck
A connected retail plan does not mean purchasing every service. We might begin with a collection structure, a mobile product template or a focused creative brief. Where several teams are involved, the proposal names who owns products, feeds, theme changes, copy, approvals and measurement.
- Ecommerce SEO for useful category pages, product discovery and technical search foundations.
- Shopify development and website design for the store and its everyday buying journeys.
- PPC or Meta Ads where the offer, creative, margin and available budget support a scoped campaign.
- Product content and imagery with an agreed source, approval process and maintainable update workflow.
Make creative useful at the point of choice
A product image should help someone understand the actual item, its detail and its use. A campaign image may introduce the range; the product page then needs enough accurate information to support a purchase. We plan those assets together and identify where an existing photograph or useful crop already does the job.
For stores with visits but limited buying activity, a conversion review can examine the important steps before further acquisition work. We keep advertising spend, management, production and development clear in the proposal so you can see what each part funds.
Agree what progress means for your store
Reporting should distinguish visibility from buying behaviour and revenue. We look at the measures your systems can support, explain attribution limits and review changes against promotions, stock and seasonality. A higher number of visits is useful only in context.
Bring your current site, the ranges you want to prioritise and the point where customers seem to drop away. Send a retail brief and we can establish whether the next step is a repair, an audit, a campaign or a wider rebuild. Our pricing overview helps frame the conversation; your actual scope is agreed around the store.

Before you begin
A few useful answers.
01Do we need a new store before starting?
Not necessarily. We inspect the current buying journey first. A targeted theme, content or navigation improvement may address the problem without a rebuild.
02Can you work with our in-house ecommerce team?
Yes. We agree responsibility for product data, development, feeds, creative, approvals and reporting so each team knows what it is expected to deliver.
03Does every programme include paid advertising?
No. Paid activity is a separate scope decision based on the offer, budget, landing experience and measurement. A previous store build is not evidence that we managed its advertising.
