Custom web development / Hulk Marketing
Build around the way your business needs to work.
When an off-the-shelf website cannot support the workflow, a custom build can connect the missing pieces. We define the user journey, the data and the operating responsibilities before choosing the technical approach.
Let’s talk about your projectUnderstand the workflow before the features
An internal tool, customer portal or connected sales platform needs more than a list of screens. We look at who uses it, what information they need and which tasks currently involve repeated manual work. Exceptions and failed handovers are part of the brief.
Discovery separates essential functionality from later ideas. That gives you a useful first scope and makes dependencies visible, including external systems, access permissions and the quality of existing data.
A build with clear boundaries
Our development offer includes React and Next.js work alongside API and system integrations. The implementation is selected around the project; a framework name alone does not determine the right solution.
- User flows, interface requirements and agreed acceptance criteria.
- A defined data model and integration responsibilities.
- Error states, permissions and operational handovers.
- Testing, deployment planning and documentation for the agreed features.
Plan for the people who will run it
We identify who owns hosting, third-party services and access management before launch. Your team needs to understand how the system is updated, what support covers and how an issue reaches the right person.
A phased delivery can make a complex project easier to review, provided each phase has a useful outcome. We agree scope and fees after discovery rather than attaching a generic price to an undefined platform. AI automation can be scoped alongside the build where a specific workflow benefits from it.

Before you begin
A few useful answers.
01Can you connect our existing tools?
We first check the available APIs, data access and service limits. Integration scope depends on what each system supports and who is responsible for it.
02Can we start with a smaller first release?
Yes. We can define a first phase around a complete user task, then identify later additions. Each phase needs agreed acceptance criteria and a handover plan.
03Who owns the accounts and operating access?
We work with client-owned accounts and agree ownership, access and support responsibilities in writing. Third-party software remains subject to its own terms.
