Fitness and wellness / Hulk Marketing
Turn ambition into an experience people understand.
A sports product, swimming programme and local studio have different buying journeys. We help fitness and wellness businesses connect brand, creative and digital experience around the real question a customer needs answered.

Start with the way the customer chooses
A product customer needs clear information about the actual item and how to buy it. Someone choosing a class needs to understand the level, location, schedule and first step. A new member may need reassurance about the setting before making contact. Those are different briefs, even when the audience shares an interest in fitness.
We begin with your offer and the current journey. That can lead to a brand project, better product content, a clearer website or a focused campaign. The channel mix comes after the customer question, your capacity and the material available to answer it.
Two fitness projects, two kinds of work
For Bodyrade, Hulk’s recorded work includes brand identity, product visuals, AI-produced video and sponsorship assets. It shows how a coherent product story can be developed across different creative formats. The image here is product creative from that project, not evidence of a health or performance outcome.
The 360 Fitness project concerns swimming and gym training in the UAE. Our portfolio includes its social creative and describes website and search work. This provides a relevant service-business context, while its market remains distinct from a UK studio. We do not transfer a campaign figure from that project into a promise for your business.
Choose a first project people can use
A recognisable brand needs practical places to work: the product page, class information, social post and enquiry form. We connect those touchpoints around the same offer and agree what your team must supply or approve before anything is published.
- Branding to clarify the offer and build a usable visual identity for a new or developing business.
- Social media content around real products, facilities, people and customer questions.
- Website design that makes the route to a trial, booking request or purchase clear on a phone.
- A focused campaign where the destination, availability, creative and measurement are ready.
Keep the promise accurate
Product descriptions, instructor information, schedules and availability need to come from the business. The creative brief should identify what can be shown, which claims have support and who approves them. We avoid presenting a staged visual or illustrative campaign asset as documentary evidence of a customer result.
For a studio, a class enquiry should explain whether a place is reserved or the team will respond. For a product business, stock and delivery information need to agree across the campaign and store. Our ecommerce marketing approach covers that retail journey in more detail.
Give the interest a useful next step
Once the offer is clear, we check what happens to an interested person. Can they find the right programme? Does the form work on mobile? Who answers a trial request? Where this is the immediate issue, lead generation and handoff can be scoped around those steps.
Bring your product or service, the audience you want to reach and the customer question you hear most often. Discuss your fitness brief and we can identify a manageable first project, with clear creative deliverables and responsibilities.
Relevant work
See it in context.
Before you begin
A few useful answers.
01Do you only work with gyms?
No. The portfolio includes a sports nutrition brand and a fitness service business. We scope the work around the actual product, programme and buying journey.
02Can a campaign come before a website redesign?
Yes, where an existing page already gives interested people a clear next step. We check the destination and enquiry handling before assuming that a larger rebuild is needed.
03Can you use our existing photography?
Yes. We review its quality, relevance and usage permissions, then identify any gaps. New production should answer a clear need rather than replace useful material automatically.
